Dr Carol Cunningham is a New Zealand-registered GP with special interests in dermatology, dermoscopy, skin cancer medicine, laser and light-based treatments, and aesthetic procedures.
She holds BSc, MBBS, and ACCD SSCA qualifications, and has undertaken further training in dermoscopy, skin cancer medicine, and aesthetic medicine in New Zealand and the UK.
Dr Cunningham has operated laser and light-based devices since 2023, with experience across Cutera xeo, vascular Nd:YAG 1064 nm, fractional ablative Erbium:YSGG 2790 nm, and IPL treatments. At The Dermatology Group, she brings this experience to dermatology-focused assessment, laser planning, aesthetic procedures, and follow-up.
